Probate can be a complicated process dealing with state laws, tax implications, family members, and the courts. Many people need someone to guide them through the process. By understanding options, you could save them thousands of dollars as a Certified Probate Specialist CPS®.

Instructor: Buddy West
Nationally known and locally respected, Buddy West has been selling real estate for 38 years. He holds the ABR,ABRM, CPS, SRSE, GRI, MilRES, Designations. He wrote the SRES, MilRES & CPE. He authored the book, “Targeting the Over 55 Client,” hosted the CBS radio program ”Real estate talk” and wrote a weekly column for Gannett Publications entitled, “The Right Direction.”
Over his career he has sold thousands of homes, taught thousands of classes and served on many committees and leadership positions at the local, state and national level. Aside from Real Estate, he has served on non-profit boards, including Special Olympics Delaware. His greatest joy comes from helping others achieve their successes.
Buddy has trained real estate agents in all 50 states, including Mexico. He has been a keynote speaker at six National Conventions, over 20 state conventions, as well as multiple franchises and companies.
